What is your disaster preparedness? Is business continuity assured? If yes, how?
The presence of two production centers located approximately 1000 miles away from each other helps in disaster management and business continuity. All the services can be provided from both our offices strategically situated in the cities of Ahmedabad, and in Kochi. In case of an emergency in any one of these production centers, we will be able to start and accomplish work in the second unit without delay. The fully prepared back-up office will act as an extension of all the facilities, services, data, and manpower available in the first one.
Can you mention some parameters you adopt to ensure quality of work?
Each and every member of our research team is highly qualified and expert in his/her respective area of specialization. We provide adequate training to staff members before they start working on “live” projects. Each project is submitted to the client only after undergoing thorough quality analysis and quality check processes in the QA department. We utilize our strong capabilities in the collection, interpretation and analysis of data - both qualitative and quantitative.
